We’ve just wrapped up another round of European Counter-Strike. Over the past few weeks, we’ve played in several online tournaments and qualifiers, where we tried to advance as far as possible. There were important wins, close matches, and moments when we had to fight for our spot in the tournament right up until the very last moment.
CCT EUROPE 8
One of the major tournaments of recent days was the CCT Europe Series #8. We managed to advance to the main event through the qualifiers and subsequently entered the group stage.
After the opening matches, we found ourselves in a situation where we needed another win to stay in contention for a spot in the playoffs. The team stepped up, and with an important victory, we kept our chances of advancing alive.
Throughout the tournament, we showed that we can play very high-quality Counter-Strike even against strong European opponents. However, some series were decided by small details, and in the end, it was those very details that cost us the chance to fight for a spot in the playoffs.
IMPORTANT WINS AND CLOSE MATCHES
The recent period wasn’t just about one tournament. UNiTY also competed in other online competitions, where we gained valuable match experience.
Notable results include, for example, a 2-1 victory over NAVI Junior in United21 Season 50. In contrast, we were eliminated in the later stages of the tournament.
In European Pro League Season 7, we managed to defeat several opponents, including AAA, INFURITY, and INOX Division, all with a 2-0 score. However, our run in the tournament ended after a loss to ENCE.
In the NODWIN Clutch Series #9, we unfortunately fell short against Astral and were eliminated from the tournament with a 0-2 result.
Each of these matches, however, gives us more experience and, above all, the opportunity to improve by facing the different playstyles of European teams.
THE NEXT TOURNAMENT STARTS TODAY
We won’t have to wait long for the next matches. UNiTY esports is entering the Exort Fiesta Series 2, where another series of matches against European competition awaits us.
The tournament has a total prize pool of $20,000 and will run through September 23.
After the demanding schedule of the past few weeks, this is another opportunity to show that UNiTY can compete with top-tier teams and gradually advance to the later stages of tournaments.
WHAT’S NEXT?
UNiTY’s schedule certainly doesn’t end there. In the coming weeks, we’ll be participating in more online competitions and qualifiers, including CCT Europe Series #9 and NODWIN Clutch Series #12.
This packed schedule of matches is crucial for the team. Every new tournament brings fresh experiences, another chance to achieve important results, and, above all, an opportunity to prove ourselves against increasingly strong competition.
WE’RE MOVING FORWARD
The past few weeks have brought us several important victories, but also matches where we fell just short of advancing by a few small details.
Now is the time to put all that experience to use in upcoming tournaments.
More matches lie ahead, and UNiTY esports will once again fight for the best possible result. Follow our social media channels, where we’ll post results, the schedule for upcoming matches, and information on where you can watch our matches.
