Our main Counter-Strike division hasn't been doing very well lately, so a change was needed to help get our CS team back where it belongs.
Several early tournament exits, failure in the first four qualifiers for the domestic Tipsport Cup Summer, and inconsistent performances in ESEA forced the Counter-Strike section’s management to make changes.
Experienced Czech player Josef “Moriisko” Maurenc is joining the team; he has previously played for Entropiq, Enterprise, and Sinners on the domestic scene. He will replace Perdy in the lineup, who still has a bright future ahead of him. Unfortunately, it seems it was still too early for Perdy to compete at the “adult” CS level, so he will get the chance to further develop his skills at Dark Tigers (the UNiTY academy).
The next tournament, aside from the ongoing ESEA Elite playoffs where we can see UNiTY in their new lineup, will be the Tipsport Cup Summer Closed Qualifier on Sunday, where our team will face off against VENI VIDI VICI.
